Your waiter can’t be at every table. This little tag can.

Kellnr puts one small tag on every table. Guests tap it with their phone to order, call the waiter and pay. No app, no account. Your staff see every table at once.

Tap any table in the café

Setting up the board…

Two guests sit down at table five.

A normal Friday. Your only waiter is three tables away.

They tap the tag with a phone. No app. No account.

The table’s own page opens in a second. Phones without NFC scan the QR code on the same tag.

They order from the table. Your menu, your prices.

Photos, allergens and extras, in their own time. Nobody has to wave for attention.

One tap from your staff, and the kitchen is cooking.

The order lands on the kitchen screen with the table number on it. No handwriting, no running.

One more drink? The second phone adds it.

Everyone at the table orders onto the same tab, each from their own phone.

While they wait: the Wi-Fi, and a quiz against table three.

Waiting feels shorter when you’re beating the next table.

Need something? They call the waiter from the phone.

Your staff see which table and what for, and walk over once instead of twice.

When they’re done, they ask for the bill.

No catching the eye of a busy waiter. Split it and add a tip, right at the table.

They pay at the table, and leave a review while it’s warm.

Card or phone wallet. The table turns sooner, and the stars arrive while the meal is still a good memory.

And your staff see the whole room. Every table, every tab, at a glance.

The colour of each tag tells your team what the table needs next.

How to play

  1. 1

Put a tag on every table.

We set up your menu and your floor. The tags just stand there.

  2. 2

    Guests tap, order and pay.

At their own pace, from their own phones, on one shared tab.

  3. 3

Your staff serve instead of chasing.

The board tells them which table needs what, before anyone has to wave.

House rules

Do guests need an app?
No. The tag opens a web page. No download, no account, no password.
Does it replace my waiters?
No. It takes the running back and forth off them, so each one can look after more tables, properly.
What about phones without NFC?
Every tag carries a QR code too. Any phone camera opens the same page.
Can it use my own menu?
Yes. Your demo is set up with your menu and your floor plan, so you see your own place on the board.
What does it cost?
We’re setting prices together with our first venues. Book a demo and we’ll talk it through.
